You can even approve maintenance work through your account, or view what repairs or maintenance PPC is doing - right now - on your property. We can exchange e-mails and communicate with time-stamped efficiency. The automated system also includes free direct-deposit of your proceeds (at month's end) to almost any U.S. bank account.
